Very delicious food. I would go back again. The melts were so ono! I got the brisket melt, my daughter got the birria consommé melt. Another daughter got the fried chicken sandwich; it had a lot of potential, but was a bit dry. I’d add more dressing if I were them or honey mustard. Their side salad with their pickled radishes atop was excellent! The oriental dressing was good. My husband enjoyed his fried rice. Our little ones split a chicken melt, I believe & were happy. The waffle fries are really good.

Wow such yummy food and very friendly service! They opened in December by Bayview Golf Course. They are still decorating the inside but cute little bar showing football and surfing. Thai milk tea was tasty. Lobster roll, shrimp melt and the taco special all amazing!! Give them your support!

I ordered the Brisket Loco Moco, it was ono, it would of been 5 stars if it came with Mac or Potato Salad instead of the Pickled vegetables, it threw off your taste buds when trying to enjoy the Moco! Added: Great service, very friendly

Husband wanted to try it for his bday dinner. We are a big family and normally don’t eat out because it’s very expensive for us. The social media pictures looked great however it sadly was disappointing. Everything was cold!!. And the food was overall pretty basic. We ordered 80$ of food. My bbq brisket sandwich wasn’t anything special. 2 slices of brisket. It Wasn’t filling at all. We got our drinks super late. Seems like one waitress was forgetting lots of people’s stuff. The chicken sandwich was horrible as well Will not be going back or recommending this location. Maybe the other locations are better.

Food was good, service was abysmal and the price and 22% forced gratuity put the whole bad experience over the edge. I have been here many times before, paid at the counter and either found a seat or left, it’s a casual place. When entertaining a large group from work I chose this place to stop because it’s easy for everyone to pay for themselves. It was a weekday so I didn’t think the size of the group was a problem, they’re not usually busy even on weeknights. After seeing the size of our group, the staff informed us that we were not permitted to eat our food there unless we accepted table service for which they forced us to pay 22% gratuity, would not split the check more than 6 ways and then gave us poor service making us wait forever just to take the order. I tried to speak to the manager and she was extremely rude. You got your money this time Jolene’s, I hope it was worth it because we will never be back. $54 for 2 sandwiches and a side of rudeness is all it takes to tank a business.

I have never in my life spit out a piece of food because I physically could not swallow it. Got a lobster roll- I took one bite and the smell/taste of a rotten fish market filled my mouth. The fries were decent and the staff were friendly. I’m not sure if we just came on a bad day, but that was the worst thing I’ve ever tried. Super disappointed because the food looked great 🙁

Jolene’s in Kaneohe has very poor quality of food! I expected the same quality as Chinatown. Big disappointment in my lobster roll, if you could call it lobster. Shredded lobster not chunks like Chinatown. What a big let down, Kaneohe will not last. All my friends now know about my experience. Customer service is very poor. To bad so sad, Kaneohe. Never again!

Had the crawfish grilled cheese sandwich. Hands down best sandwich I have ever had and I’m very picky. We will try to go back again before we leave Hawaii. Highly recommend you try it.
