Jolene’s Wings is served by Lazy Dog, should be clearer on the website. The staff still seemed pretty new to the menu too.

I was looking for a new place to try wings instead of the usual and came across Jolene’s looking online. Honestly, I wouldn’t go back. I ordered Buffalo Bone in and the sauce was gross along with the wings being rubbery. I also got the garlic parm boneless and Cajun fries. Those were terrible, very weird rubbery texture and the sauce wasn’t even on them. They just slopped it down in the to go box and set the chicken on top of it but I guess the fries were okay. That’s about it. Don’t recommend this place, save $40 and spend it elsewhere.

We’re in Allen and were searching for wings. This selection is limited and so we chose Jolene’s. This place is really the Lazy Dog restaurant. Ordered Cajun fries and potato hush puppies along with 3 kinds of wings. The fries were ok but loaded with msg, and the hush puppies were gross. They seemed undercooked because of how mushy they were. The boneless Nashville wings weren’t spicy at all and had a weird consistency. The Cajun and Korean wings were a dry rub. However, they just fried wings and they dusted them with a half inch of powdered seasoning in the bottom of the to go box. Nothing like eating dry, powdered, uncooked seasonings…The first time we ate at the Lucky Dog, we were unimpressed. After trying these wings, we will not be returning or ordering more from this chain.
