The food isn’t great but their customer service is even worse! After paying $37.28 for my order I asked for a cup of ice and they said “We don’t do that!” And turned their back on me as if I were not even there! I need a cup of ice so I could drink my electrolytes as I had just left the gym. As a Google local guide, I highly suggest that you don’t experience this place! Banana King up the street has excellent food as well as excellent and friendly customer service!

Great place. Staff were ALWAYS quick, ALWAYS professional, and were visibly extremely hardworking and rush to get your order done fast, even when the line is short. The buzzer system they’ve got makes waiting a lot more comfortable than most fast food places as I can just go find a table and wait for my buzzer to ring rather than stand around waiting for my food awkwardly. Great place to stop by.

This restaurant overcharged for our food, did not give us the items we ordered, substituted packets of hot sauce for the sandwich we paid extra for, tried to charge extra for ranch sauce when they had not given us the Sriracha mayo that was advertised, and was rude. I’ve heard the pie is good, but they would have to pay me to ever go back again. 0 stars. EDIT: Owners has replied asking me to come and spend even more of my money there. Absolutely not. Go to Wendy’s; it’s right next door and even if they completely ignored you there, that would be better treatment than we received at Jollibee.

MAKE SURE YOU GET THE PEACH MANGO PIE! This location is the best because you can get right off the Path train, go up the escalators and you’re there! My go to order is a 2 piece spicy chicken meal (drums only) with mashed potatoes & gravy, white rice, a side of adobe rice, a peach mango pie and a pineapple juice drink. THE BEST!

The service was fast and everything was packaged very, well. And they have good quality cup holders. Pro tip: go to Jollibee buy a cheap drink, get a cup holder, then go to Starbucks and get your drinks. Because Starbucks cup holders are weak. They will not hold your drinks.

Just ordered 6pcs chicken, spicy chicken sandwich and a fiesta family pack. The chickens taste pretty good and super crispy. The sandwich has a solid piece of chicken, but i think the sandwich I got , it’s not a spicy one XD, and it doesn’t have enough flavor. About the fiesta family pack, I’ll have to leave it for dinner… so $40 for 2 meals , absolutely worth your money
