I heard a lot of people praise Jollibee is a fast food restaurant that has the best fried chicken in the US even though they are a franchise from Philippines. Well, for me, I think they are great quality one and better than some other brands but not terrific. Anyway their dining room is spacious, nice and feel comfortable for this location.

I don’t like KFC but now I have a huge respect for KFC fried chicken or any greasy chicken as a matter of fact in America. Tried the world famous fried chicken, spicy sandwich, fries, coconut pineapple pie, mango peach pie and mashed potatoes. Nothing was good – not even average food. I was hoping at least one thing would wow me but literally nothing was good out of the stuff I tried. Talking about Asian taste, If classic Filipino chicken taste like this then I would prefer Chinese, Japanese or Korean fried any day. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I did not even talk about the service and the attitude of staff but I don’t think I need to.

Had the spicy chicken – spice level is low. Rice with streak is really good. Good gravy. Pineapple drink was good, would skip for the price. Was like dole pineapple juice.

Hands down the BEST fried chicken I’ve had and I love that it’s spicy ️ ( I’d say the heat level is about 6/10 at least for me) it’s not just spicy on the outside it’s spicy to the bone! Yes their chicken is amazing. Definitely try their spicy chicken joy chicken and sandwich if you’re into spicy foods.

I came to this restaurant two days ago, ordered food at the cashier, paid, and then waited. The service was extremely slow. After over 30 minutes, three other people who ordered after me were already done, but I was still waiting. Finally, I approached the table to pick up my order, the staff checked my receipt, searched for the same receipt on their table, but it wasn’t there. They just said “sorry, lost. We’ll make a new one.” What? They went to the cash register machine and created a new receipt. A new order was prepared. Of course, another more time to wait.

Overall great experience. I ordered online to pick up. I arrived 15 minute late, but they didn’t put my order together until I arrived. Very nice of them! Food came out fresh. The pineapple drink was very good, the burger was just so-so, as the bun was slightly stale. Burger did have a nice flavor with lots of mayo. I ordered a three piece with one spicy. Chicken was crispy and tasty. Get extra gravy with the 3 piece. The palabok fiesta was also very tasty. I’ve never had anything quite like it before and I’m not sure it really complimented the chicken, but it was yum with unique flavors. Overall my experience was great. I’d say if you just want good chicken, I don’t think Jollibee is quite good enough against some of the local chicken places (CM etc) or even Popeyes for that matter, however if you’re looking for really good chicken plus some unusual and unique sides, go for it.
