Great fried chicken spot, and really loved the menu variety.

First time coming here. Limited eating and seating area. Expect long busy line. Unfortunately they weren’t serving burgers when we went. Chicken Joy, jolly spaghetti, a side of rice and coconut pineapple pie! Brings back childhood memories!

I had heard such great things about this chain so I finally visited. I went at 1 pm on a Sunday and the place was packed inside and out ( drive thru ) The inside has very little seating and tables so I would recommend take or drive thru. Most of the diners were eating a combination of fried chicken and spaghetti. Definitely going to try that on subsequent visits. Today I had a classic chicken sandwich which was big, fresh and very good. I personally thought it was better than Popeye’s chicken sandwich.

Jolibee was delicious and so easy to order on line. Also a great tip is to sign up for their email. I got a $5 off my purchase through the email. The chicken bucket can be ordered mixed. Spicy and regular! I also got the spaghetti, mango pies, and extra gravy. Everyone enjoyed it immensely!

I rated Jolliebee a 3.5 out of 5. Let’s unpack it. I was very excited to try Jolliebee. A concept from the Philippines. I can see this place getting busy like chick-fil-a. Gets very busy and it’s nice to see the Philippines get some representation. I am always down to try new things. As always I dragged my friend along for the food adventure. We ordered 2 meals as follows. A chicken sandwich. 3 piece chicken tenders a burger with Mac and cheese. Over all I give it a 3.5 out if 5. The reasons are as follows. Atmosphere was very welcoming and kid friendly 5 stars on that. Service is outstanding 5 stars on that. The cheeseburger and mac and cheese 2 stars. The burger tasted like something I could have gotten from a grave school cafeteria. Very bland. But we are not here for cheeseburgers we are here for chicken. Now I am not saying it was bad. It’s just not for my pallet. Let’s get down to brass tax… THE CHICKEN … I give it about 3.5. The breading was crispy. Definitely different from the American frying style of chicken. It was cooked evenly. Had a nice presentation and was unbelievably juicy. The breading was slightly sweet and lightly oiled. The texture was even and looked like something out of a tv commercial. That’s all it had going for it. The chicken was also bland. Although the breading was slightly sweet. It wasn’t enough to save it from the oils the food was prepared in. There is just something I can’t pin point but the chicken is definitely lacking in seasonings of flavor. Maybe I am not use to the way the food is prepared. It reminds me of food that has been in an air fryer. I would say if you eat here skip the burger the chicken is better. Would i recommend this place to you sure the chicken is decent. While it’s not my favorite it’s chicken and it may be a healthier option to what’s currently available. It’s nice to see more international chains becoming local.

My favorite fried chicken ever. Always great customer service and the food comes out so quick. The chicken is so crispy and fresh. It’s definitely the filipino in me but nothing beats the chicken dipped in the gravy- seriously so good! My husband had the spicy chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it. The pineapple drink was the perfect something refreshing in between bites.

Hard to be a fan of Jollibee at this location. People who like to eat here bring their family. There is ZERO space to do this. Like 4 tables. Also, I know it’s the USA but you’ve priced yourself out of this market. Look at these prices for chicken and spaghetti. LoL. I think I’ll stick with Jacksonville. At least you can get a table.

Below was my initial review. Came back 5 months later. They now have some inside seating. The fried chicken, mango pie, and spaghetti are still tasty. This time we tried the chicken sandwich and fries. Pic looks good, but they were a huge disappointment. Chicken tasted like it was old, somewhat reheated frozen chicken. It was rubbery, not really tasty, and room temp at best. This time we did have biscuits, which were good, and bone in chicken, which was also good. Would come back for chicken on the bone, but never again on the sandwiches.

My Filipina wife and I have visited the Jollibee location in Jax three times and the location in St. Pete just shy of a dozen times. So, we were really looking forward to visiting the new location in Orlando. The restaurant was easy to find and we had no problem grabbing a table once we placed our order. The food took over twenty-five minutes to become available, and I personally believe that was because I went to the counter for a status report on our order after waiting for twenty minutes. I enjoyed my two-piece steak with adobo rice, and the Mac-n-Cheese was yummy. Thankfully, the Peach Mango pie and the Pineapple Quencher did not disappoint. My wife loved her two-piece Chicken Joy, but was very disappointed with her full order of Jolly Spaghetti, claiming that when compared to the other locations in Florida that she has visited, the spaghetti was bland and lacking in both sauce and hotdog pieces. She was also disappointed that this location did not offer Palabok Fiesta, unlike the other two Florida locations that she has eaten at. All that being said, this Jollibee location is still worth visiting, if for no other reason than to taste and experience a bit of Filipino culture in the States.

First time at this branch. Only one (so far) in Orlando. There was ample parking surrounding the building. Once you walk in, instantly hit with fresh smell of Chicken Joy. The sitting area is immediately to the left (a couple of booths, one large table, and 2 small tables for a party of 2). The ordering counter only has 2 registers and majority of the space is the kitchen/prep area and drive thru. There are 2 bathrooms inside (unisex). The menu was majority chicken focused. From the classic Chicken Joy (original or spicy), chicken sandwiches (regular or spicy), tenders, Fiesta Spaghetti, lots of sides to choose from (fries, mashed potatoes w/gravy, mac and cheese, adobo fried rice), dessert pies (peach mango and the new coconut pineapple) and drinks (highlight is the pineapple quencher). Surprisingly, I asked if they had any plans to expand the menu, like where is the Fiesta Palabok (shrimp, sauce, slice boiled eggs, noodles, and scallions, etc.), Halo Halo (filipino crushed ice with milk and lots of toppings) for dessert and breakfast), but it seems that’s it as far as the menu goes. Hopefully, they will change their minds due to customers constantly asking/requesting these items. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and the manager was awesome. She made sure everything was done right. Only minuses were the small eating area, limited menu, and staff can be better when it comes to keeping the area clean (I had to wipe down our table and seats with hand disinfectant wipes). One last thing, people, please eat the Chicken Joy with GRAVY!!! That’s how it’s supposed to be eaten. All the trolls on Tik Tok and You Tube who say the chicken has no flavor, are eating it wrong. Now that I got that out of my system lol I recommend eating here, especially if you know the Jollibee brand (Filipino Original).
