I promise there is something positive. I ordered the deluxe burger. As soon as I took a bite I spit it back out. It tasted of undercooked meat with zero seasoning. I returned the item and the service was exceptional. I did an even exchange for the chicken sandwich. I will say it was beautiful just not a lot of seasoning. Chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy just very bland. Now on the other side of the spectrum….The Mac and Cheese was the best I have ever had at a quick service restaurant. It must have been good to others because I went back for more and it was sold out.

Had to try the famous Jollibee! Stopped by for lunch and surprisingly the place was not too crowded. There is an option to order in line and order at the kiosk. We opted to order via kiosk since there was a line. It will assign you a beeper too so you’ll know when your order is ready. Once the order was placed, it did not take long before we received our food. We ordered the spicy chickenjoy meal with mash potatoes and gravy and a side of spaghetti. The chicken had a nice crunch, was juicy, and packed good heat. Would order that again. The spaghetti was not quite our jam. It is sweet. We knew going in but wanted to try anyway.

Never again will I go back to this specific Jollibee Restaurant. I ordered a spaghetti and found facial hair in my food. Really disgusting, definitely will contact the department of health for an investigation for food safety.
