Had the spicy chicken sandwich, 2-piece chicken, fries, and mango peach pie. Overall the food was not good. The sandwich tasted old and stale. It definitely was not made fresh as the buns were smashed and stuck on the chicken. It tasted like it was sitting out for a while and they microwaved it. The chicken pieces were crispy but overly oily and also didn’t taste fresh. Fries with gravy were decent and the pie was good, but not better than a McDonald’s apple pie. First time ever visiting and doubtful that I’d ever return as I was served food that wasn’t good or fresh. I ate the meal at the restaurant right away so it wasn’t sitting in a bag. Very disappointed.

The spicy chicken was not spicy at all and had barely any flavor. I wish their chicken had more flavor. Their mash potatoes and gravy is really good. Customer was great. Hopefully they can improve on their chicken.

Service was bad young lady named yosibelle straight ignored me, when I went straight to pick up my online order. This is honestly the second time this happens they’re to busy calling other peoples numbers and ignored me while I standing there and saying “excuse me”. Food is great jollibee just needs to train their employees with better and friendly customer service.

Saw a tic tok video of this place and I’ve never heard of it before. I love fried chicken and was looking for a new place to try. I jumped in my car and drove to this location and while I was waiting in line I can see two big trays of chicken being put up on the racks and when it was my turn to order the cashier stated that they ran out of chicken. I understand that it wasn’t her fault but I was disappointed. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back here again.

Chicken is usually fresh and crispy, but long wait times if you order at the store. Unfortunately they’ve also been out of spicy chicken the last two times I’ve gone so I haven’t been back yet. I will keep checking their online menu and return when spicy is available again.

Bro i specifically made my order online to avoid having to wait in the lobby and these guys seriously managed to take 15 minutes. I then approached them about my order that was stated to be done by then and the girl working the orders just nodded and continued working on orders past mine for like 5 more minutes. I just wanted a 6 piece with a side of adobo rice man damn. I had to get a refund cuz I wasn’t at liberty to wait any longer

Was my first time trying Jollibee ever, since my friends praise it so much. I completely understand being short staffed and longer wait times. Was it worth the wait? Unfortunately no. The chicken is the only thing that gave this place 2 stars, everything else was not appealing. There was a server who accidentally knocked over a plate on the floor. She cleaned it up but didn’t change her gloves! How can you pick up trash and not change gloves? Pretty sure that’s a health code/Food handler violation. Not to mention the place looked pretty trashed for a customers perspective, trash all over the place and still gave this place the benefit of the doubt. While taking a couple of bites into my food I found a hair. I have short hair and that was my final straw.
