As soon as I walked into the store I noticed outdated furniture not clean tables”ole fashioned vibes” I was greeted by a customer whom I assumed worked here by his manners. I stood in front of the cashier as the cook and manager looked at me. No greeting whatsoever! I said hello! They asked are you ready now! I ordered a cheese bomb. With everything on it. I brought it to me which was nice. However upon opening the sub it was thin of all ingredients including meat. If could’ve been a panini! I would not visit this place again. The only plus the sub came hot!

This was my first time having a sub from this company. The cheese steak was on point Next time I won’t play myself and order the large. The options were small or large. I said small because I wasn’t sure if I’d like it. Cheesesteaks are hit or miss… sometime u get a real slighty greasy cheese steak.. and more often than not u get some healthy, light foolishness like a cheesesteak from Subway

I went in to order three subs and I had to use the rest room really bad. The manager wouldn’t let me use the rest room until after I ordered and payed for the subs! What kind of a policy is this! I will not order or eat at this John Subs restaurant ever!!! If I could I would give this John Smith Subs no stars.

I have been to three venues in West Palm Beach and this is my favorite. The food and service are good at all three but this location has a special feel because everything is so clean and well organized that you can’t help but notice. I used to work in a sub shop (in Atlantic City, NJ) and this is the kind of place we tried to run. As far as food goes, I’ve only had the tuna subs because it’s the best place I’ve found for them. My wife is a vegetarian and frequently has problems finding sandwiches she likes but she loved the ones she gets at Jon Smith. So 5 starts for them.

I visited the location at 1371 N Milatary Trail in West Palm Beach. I ordered the “Reuben on a Cuban” When I received it, I unwrapped the sandwich and oil was dripping out of sandwich. I couldn’t eat it in this state as it was too greasy and the flavors all mashed together. I brought my uneatened sandwich to the attention Bobby and Nito. Bobby’s exact words were “we change none of the ingredients in the sandwich and this is the way it comes” Bobby would not take ownership of the situation or apologize. As a customer, I felt Iike it was too bad and tough luck. Had Bobby apologized, I would have probably come back another time and tried a different sandwich. While I was there, it seems like they had loyal customers that frequented the establishment so I am sure that my sandwich may have been an isolated incident. I was really nice when I approchaed them with my concern and mafe sure to only say something when a customer wasn’t nearby. After they sent me away, I saw a sign that states health inspection report was available upon request- I asked to see it. This wasn’t necessary of me and after reflecting back on it, I would not have done this. I just felt taken advantage of and frustrated with the situation. My visit was on 9/9 @ around 12:15 PM.

Best place for an awesome sub. The Tuna Bomb is da bomb and pretty much everything on the menu. If you’ve never been, then you definitely need to make it a priority to try it. It is really the best sub joint I’ve ever been to.
