I always enjoy John Smith’s subs, yet when I recently picked up my steak sandwich for dinner on Friday after work the chef was cleaning the grill…apparently after my steak was cooked. I was disappointed to see how much grease & grime was collected & thrown out while I was waiting for my fresh fries. The worst is when I arrived at home & couldn’t eat my steak sub due to the burnt flavor. I woke up with an upset stomach after three bites in the middle of the night. 4-13-23

We have been going here for several years. Their cheese steaks are awesome. The bread is always fresh. They have some amazing fries, kids compare them to MCD’s. The only thing is the table area. Its pretty run down. Tables are clean but always sticky. Over all the place needs a little TLC.
