The sandwiches tasted pretty good but I was not happy with the portion size in relation to price. I paid for double meat on my subs and I do not feel that the amount of meat on my sandwiches was much larger than the normal size at most places. The service was good and the location was clean and pleasant but for a place that markets it’s portion size as being much larger than normal. I found the double sizes I paid for to barely hit what’s considered normal at most other sandwich spots. I probably won’t be back, since I don’t feel that I received my money’s worth and my advice to them is that if you’re not going to put that much meat on your sandwiches, do away with the marketing implying that your sizes are larger than normal

When I realized I couldn’t get a Bachi burger, irritating because the place has been “temporarily closed ” for longer than that phrase implies; I came across Jon Smith Subs, the local chain I grew up with in FL! I had a taste of home and they COOKED my Italian Steak, extra onions, extra cheese, light on the marinara, they way I’ve always eaten it. Both days! The fries are cooked to order so they are hot. Love hot fries. Bread is soft. I had no friggin’ complaints. And because it was SO unexpected it tasted even more delicious.

Food was hot and restaurant was clean. The cheeseburger sub was a little bland even with adding mayo ketchup and mustard. I would recommend cutting the ground beef up smaller or chopping it as the slabs of burger are a little hard to keep in bun. Employees were nice. However, I recommend addressing the vulgar music. Every curse word was blasting. Not kid friendly. N$@@#! B!#@$ F&^$ C%@# to name a few. I will visit in the future and change review.

The food is pretty good, but they recently decided to start charging 4% on any credit/debit transactions. They also won’t break a $50 or $100 bill. Whoever thought this policy was a good business idea should be fired or at least publicly shamed. I’d go back more but now it depends on if I have some small bills…. What a joke

We ordered catering for a company event. The food was fresh and delicious. The meats were of high quality and plentiful on the sandwiches. We also ordered a catering sized salad with grilled chicken which was huge, and very tasty with lots of veggies. Everything was so reasonably priced, and the staff were amazing! Not only did they call me the day of the event to see if I needed to update my order, but they also delivered our order to our office!!! We will absolutely be ordering from here again not just for catering, but also for lunches. Thank you guys soooo much!!!

Look y’all this place was AMAZING!!! This was my first visit but certainly not my last. Fast prompt service, very polite staff. The atmosphere was a whole vibe and I LOVED the musical selection being played. The food was hot and fresh. Not to mention the coupon on Groupon was $12.80 for $20 worth of food!! I got the 12in Steak Bomb no mayo and large fries and drink to get it close to the $20. That was $18.45 so I got chips to get it to the $20 mark. $1.25 out of pocket. It was all worth it. I give Jon Smith Subs 5 stars and a 10 out of 10. Run don’t walk to try them out

The only save for me was the service. The steak bomb is exactly the name. It bombs. More like chopped hamburger with a burnt bacon strip with 3 shrooms and sliver of pepper. Wife couldn’t finish. Son wouldn’t eat hers. Thank God the place had hot sauce so I could finish because of hunger. Impossible to mess up fries but nothing extraordinary or different about those. The deli meat for my sons sandwich was acceptable. But I’m not sure I’ll be back since I did ask for the best seller and I recieved that all for the steep price of 28bucks. I can pay that at sweet tomatoes 1/4 mile away for a full buffet.
