I grew up on this bbq and literally nothing else in Seattle compares. It’s always a great treat if your in the area. The service is always great and I love the fact that it’s family owned. Truly a Seattle staple if you come to Seattle and don’t try this Que you didn’t experience Seattle. Period!!!

Horrible customer service & attitudes. We ordered 3 meals.. 5 sides. Only received 2 sides. Missing 2 Mac and cheese and baked beans. Instead of them informing me and asking if I wanted a side of something else, at pick up, they let me walk out of their store (not knowing) I didn’t have all my sides. My husband called the restaurant to let them know, they put us on hold for 14 min and my husband finally hung up. Only to find out they put him on hold and closed the store with him STILL waiting. Thank god I ordered on grubhub so I could get a refund since they weren’t willing to even try and help us. Terrible customer service, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars versus 1 is their actual plates & BBQ sauce were good. Cobbler was not good. Unfortunate waste of $60.

Food is alright. It was very greasy. We were supposed to get two sides– Cornbread and potato salad. We only got our potato salad. The chicken was really greasy and the pork was dry and tough. It did come out fast but it was not the best. Not sure if I would return as a first choice.

Do not order food go to Jones on Sunday’s. I went today and they didn’t have anything ready. Had to wait 30mins for my food and the register lady was rude to other customers. A lady who placed her order walking out the store told the register lady that she doesn’t have to be rude and the register lady didn’t try to fix the problem. I tried to order online they cut there website off then when I called they didn’t pick up the phone went straight to voicemail. Then when I got there the phones were ringing and when the cook tried to answer the lady told him don’t pick up the phone. Then when i paid for my order i asked her to put my dessert in a bag and she forgot to ring me up for 2 and made me pay again. Need to work on better customer service.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL. Got a beef brisket and rib combo with collard greens and potato salad. Ribs were delicious and beef brisket was so tender. Collards and potato salad delish also. 10/10 recommend.

We got Jones catering for a WSU large student event over the weekend. I could not have better things to say. The food was fantastic and everyone was raving. Even more than that, delivery was extremely efficient and he made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. Was so prepared and my team and I were so so grateful for this. Man this place has gone down hill. I ordered 2 rib tip dinners and the macaroni & cheese was straight up diabetes! I mean there was a scoop of salt in every bite! I’m black love good soul food and it was still way to salty for me. Staff weren’t the friendliest and I got told “the baked beans are still cold do you want them” what kind of question is that? I miss the old Jones BBQ.
