Dang! Well worth a visit! Most authentic Chicago style Italian beef sandwich I’ve had in Des Moines. Will definitely be back for another!!! The wifey also really liked the catfish sandwich. Very much looking forward to trying the Jerk items next time. Go check this place out!

Had an amazing experience trying Joppa Experience at Mainframes Studios on First Friday! We couldn’t resist the delicious food and ended up eating way too much. The chicken was incredibly moist, and the smoke flavor was spot-on, perfection! Can’t wait to visit their stand-alone restaurant soon to indulge in their mouthwatering dishes again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely DELICIOUS!! Very friendly staff that explained everything. Had the jerk chicken wrap, WOW that sauce and we got their wings as well. Those were THE biggest wings I’ve ever gotten from a restaurant and the sauce mix she made was AMAZING!!! Comes with fries that were so flavorful too. Love this place, DEFINITELY will be back to try more!!

Love, love, love this place! The staff is very friendly & polite, the owners are some of the nicest people and the FOOD is out of this world! I had the Jerk turkey tips with two sides of Mac & sweet potatoes & it was mouth watering! Those oxtail dinners that are served are just as good! I’ve tried everything on the menu & they have the best food for the soul in Iowa!! 5 stars couldn’t sum up this place, give them 10! Highly recommended!
