The main dishes were the bomb! Pollo magnifico and grande ccq burrito. The espinaca dip was a liile hard to dip chips in and didn’t get good unbroken chips. We have come here every weekend so you know it’s good. Love the value coupons. Thank you, will return many x.

We hadn’t been to Jose Peppers for a while so we went for happy hour recently. Their tortilla chips and salsa were excellent. We then ordered burrito bowls which put Chipotle to shame. Excellent food and service.

We eat here every time we are in Liberty or passing through. The food is fresh and delicious. Chili con queso is excellent! Our server, Lauren, is the sweetest and was very attentive and efficient.

Great local Tex-Mex chain with wonderful food, drinks, and atmosphere! Hopefully, when you sit down to eat your wonderful meal, you’ll have “Bekka!” One of the most attentive and highly detailed waitresses we’ve had in years! Great personality and sense of humor! The salsa and chips are one of the best in the area, along with the Cheese Dip! My goto meal are the nachos and will continue to be! They’re the best of the best! The restaurant is clean, and it’s worth the wait! You get a large amount of food with each meal ordered! It’s one of the best Tex-Mex restaurants around….I GUARANTEE IT!

This is the worst Mexican restaurant there is on the face of the earth. First they only give you one tiny little bowl of salsa for 2 day old chips. I have gotten several different meals there and each one was horrible, flavorless and waaaaay to much cheese on everything. They literally only gave me half a table spoon of rice and beans told me they was out of chips, the chili relleno didn’t have any chicken in it. The waiter would not refill my glass or salsa. Told the manager that I’m not paying for trash food and no service. The manager said they would remake everything but I said no I’m just going somewhere else and never coming back.

You’ll need more than a margarita to wash down this food. I visited Jose Pepper’s in Liberty for lunch with a friend. The service was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and spacious. The menu had a variety of dishes to choose from, and the prices were reasonable. However, I was disappointed with the food quality and taste. The chips were overdone and tasted stale, and the salsa was bland and watery. The enchiladas were dry and lacked flavor, and the rice and beans were mushy and salty. Nothing made the food stand out any better than other local Mexican restaurants. I don’t think I will be coming back here anytime soon.

Jose peppers never disappoints. Lately it seems like every restaurant we go to has been either bad service or bad food. We always come back to jose peppers and question why we would go anyplace else. This is every location I’ve been too and I’ve been going to the olathe location for over 20 years. The food is always good, the drinks are good and priced way under other places and the service is good and if it’s not they make it right. The place is always clean too. My wife and I love to eat here. Today we had a waiter named Jackson. He was extremely high energy and we really enjoyed him serving our table! He brought extra chips out right when we ran out, and he was spot in and fun for the kiddos too. Thanks for making our family night out one to remember!

Bri was amazing we sat down and she was already on it asking for drinks and starters. She noticed my birthday cake that we had and wished me a happy birthday and everything. She non stopped checked on us helping my mom with what she should get. She was so joyful and extremely sweet. The food was so amazing and only cost 60$ for 3 people. Also we were in and out within an hour amazing job! BRI THANK YOU FOR A GREAT DINNER!
