I was trying to place a big order, and called the store for some questions which were not stated in their website. Costumer service was terrible, I felt really disrespected, the way they spoke to me was very rude. Business should provide enough info about in their website if they are “too busy” to answer questions over the phone. Never doing buying there again!

First time going here and last as well! When I got my change back the girl threw it on the counter instead of giving it to me properly. She then answered the phone, touched money, and served with the same gloves she was cutting the fruit with! So disgusting!

This place is really nasty and does not respect public health or government-mandated guidelines…. the food here gave me food poisoning, and during my visit there was only one employee wearing a mask. The manager was not enforcing masks for customers either, and there were over 20 people inside the tiny store with no masks on/no social distancing.

I’m not big into health/juice bars as I prefer taste over health. The great thing about this store is it’s a combination of both. Expect to wait about 5-10 minutes but it’s well worth it as they’ll exceed your expectations. Great job J & D!

Felt unwelcome. The first second I walked in, I was stared up and down even by employees. Smoothies are also over priced and not real fruit ingredients. You can not pay me to walk through that door again. Waste of time and money. Also no use of social distancing, and no masks worn. This place should be shut down for violating government policies. Don’t bother stopping here, go down over to edible arrangements if you want a real fruit smoothie.

terrible customer service. I made an order online for Jackson not knowing only Howell has online ordering. I arrived at Jackson and they said my order is at howell and that I need to call them to cancel and get refund and re-order at Jackson. Still no refund. I’ve contacted them 3 times – never again will I visit this place.
