First The chicken pita add bacon is amazing! But the young worker in the front was rude. We normally go during the day and get a more mature woman. And she’s great we love her. But the younger girl at night wasn’t very nice. But we love the chicken pita add bacon! It’s the best! And yall changed your fries not a fan.

What a surprise. I read a good review from someone earlier so I decided to give it a try. Ordered the philly cheese steak and onion rings, both were very good! Portion size was good for the price and the staff was good too! If you plan to pick up, call and order ahead and it’ll be ready when you arrive. Don’t freak out about the drive thru pickup window, the food more than makes up for it.

It’s a pretty standard coney island to me. The customer service is meh, the food is good, and you never know if you’re going to get stabbed or see a brawl. It’s gotten expensive, but I understand inflation is a thing. The dining area looks a lot better since the accident repairs.

I went to this Coney Island for a couple of days back to back 4 to be exact before and after work because the food was good. At first, everything was good. The food was fresh and hot. I guess it was too good to be true. I went back before my shift at work for a Greek salad with extra onions. I get to work, and on my first break, I’m looking forward to the same fresh salad I ordered the day before. To my surprise, there were NO onions. I was disappointed. I called and explained to the young lady that answered the phone. She asked my name, and I advised that it was not a call-in. I came through the drive-through. She asked if you wanted to come back. I advised that I was at work. She said okay and HUNG UP THE PHONE! I called back, and she put me on hold, and Jeff asked what time I came. In stated at 4, he then said next time you come, I’ll give you onions no charge. I said, “Okay, thanks.” So I actually went after work because I wanted a coney (Lite chili with EXTRA ONIONS) The girl that took my order said she could not honor what Jeff said because he didn’t tell anyone about it, and they couldn’t give away FREE FOOD!(I paid for something that I DID NOT GET) She said to come back on his shift (3pm to 12am)

Unfortunately there was terrible service . In addition my burger was burnt and when I tried to get my food remade and or refunded the phones were disconnected and they refused to open the inside for me to speak with management.

Man first off I don’t stay in neighborhood just happen to be riding by and stopping to get something to eat. I came through the drive-through. I ordered a wing ding dinner with chili cheese fries. I asked a question because I’m a flats person I said is it an extra charge to get all flats they said yes so I said OK since my order was already $17 just for that I didn’t want to spend any more so I said it’ll be fine just make sure I got half-and-half, so I get to eating only to have burnt chicken and and the grease was old so I called he said bring it back and I’ll replace it I said the grease old are you about to change the grease they don’t give refunds wow I told he no I’m not bringing it back I was passing tru and ordered and the next time I’ll be coming that way will be next weekend he said keep the chicken and I’ll replace it the time came when I would bring it back it was a ton of problems and excuse as of why they was accepting it back was because the manger wasn’t there the person said they wasn’t replacing it I kept 8 wings molded in my car for a week as a receipt cause I don’t get one 16.89 I gave away cause I never got my food or money back I will never in my life eat there again even if free

Ordered tomato soup and a grilled cheese. Tomato soup has meat in it. Not mention of this anywhere or by staff. Called to ask and they said normal.
