I’ve traveled in an RV since 2019, all over the USA from FL. It’s my mission everywhere I stop to find the best Mexican place. I was quite worried mi tequila was the only place to get some authentic Mexican but after meeting Jose and eating at his restaurant, I’ve remembered what it was all about. I love this food because it’s more than a meal, it’s about family and spending time together. Wonderful food, little patio, and Jose and company were all so wonderful to be around!

Authentic Mexican food…a rarity up here!!! Excellent service from Jose and his wife who seem to b the only staff members… They both go out of their way to make u feel at home… Prices are great and u get more than u pay for… It u like Mexican try this place!!! I’ve never been in here when their super busy but if they are busy please remember it’s only the two of them that do all the order taking, cooking, delivering to table, cleaning the customer area amongst all the other dishes that get produced from customers… Homey and delicious a must try if your near downtown

I’m assuming the owners are the two people who took our order, made the food, etc. Nicest people ever! Food was pretty good, too. We dined in. They took the order at the counter, then directed us to grab a table, and then they brought our food to us. Once done, you go back to the counter to pay. Everything is cooked to order. Yum!

Joses Authentic Mexican is just that. Both authentic and Mexican. Jose could not be more attentive or caring. Had the salad for lunch that was fantastic. Instead of bland iceberg lettuce, the salad had a variety of greens to boost flavor and nutritional value. The pico de gallo tasted great and chips seemed home made. Fantastic food and even better service.
