Don’t skip out on Joe’s Cuban Sandwich & Deli. The restaurant may seem very unassuming but the sandwiches were great. The menu is quite extensive. Service was great and welcoming.

This unassuming slice of Havana is tucked away in a small Williamston shopping plaza (they have another location in East Lansing). The moment you open the door, you’re greeted with a sensational aroma and you know you’re in for a treat. The owners are friendly, helpful and hands on in operations. They care and it comes through in the quality of the food. I had the Aurora combo and my wife had the Chicken Artichoke. Both were excellent as were the sides of beans and rice. This place is just a few minutes off 96 and well worth the excursion.

Wow…the artichoke sandwich is amazing…. smiling right now as I eat this sandwich. Would prefer if the meat was Halal. Otherwise the taste is amazing … Don’t let the environment fool you, this place tastes really great. The food feels pretty clean. Either way really delicious, however nutritionally it might not be the best., will likely eat here again!

This is a must try establishment in the city. I had the artichoke chicken sandwich with a side of beans and salad and I will tell u that the smell was so intoxicating that I didn’t get a picture of the sandwich before I noticed a several bites gone from one half…the phantom bites were me..I just couldn’t resist. It tasted as great as it smelled. I really felt a small bit sad when the last morsel was gone. Yes this is located within a gas station. Don’t miss out because u think that makes a difference in cleanliness or quality.

Food was really good. I ordered pickup through Door Dash. I don’t know where the shortcoming was, but I was notified that my order was ready but upon arrival they had not even started. They didn’t seem too polite about it either, for some reason, but my medianoche Cuban sandwich was excellent nonetheless. I’d order again.
