Jose’s taco truck prepares and serves quality food with an abundance of flavor at very fair prices. I love eating here because my stomach never gets upset like it sometimes does with other Mexican food that is cooked with too much grease. They don’t skimp on flavor though! A great taco truck. The staff is super friendly, and efficient. They have a great selection on their menu. We have tried the tacos, and burritos. Many fillings are available. The prices are very good. The truck is spotless. It’s a great place to go when you want good food quickly.

This place is the best. Everything we have tried is amazing. From various tacos to burrito and quesadilla. There are picnic tables provided and coolers with ice cold drinks. They have a 100% cleanliness rating ad well. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

We love Jose’s Taco Truck! The ingredients taste fresh and the flavors speak for themselves without a lot of extra sauces. They offer a couple picnic tables but seating is limited. The Waynesville Rec Center is just down the road and you can sit along the creek and enjoy your tacos there (they will still be warm).
