I had quit eating at Josie’s years ago because of the health inspections. I finally decide to try again and now they charge for hot sauce with burritos , I thought it comes with orders like every where else . I’m like WOW I won’t be back. Burritos are small anyway.

Went there for lunch and was extremely disappointed. They put something I’m allergic to (guacamole) along with a mess of other things on my burrito when I SPECIFICALLY asked the girl on the phone for a fajita burrito with JUST fajitas and beans. When I finally got to sit down to eat and noticed the mistake I called the restaurant to ask them to remake it, not only were both girls I talked to very rude and combative, they also tried to put the blame on me like it was MY fault when the little girl on the phone that took my order admitted she misunderstood what I wanted. A misunderstanding that was in no way my fault. I understand not wanting to remake food (due to rising food costs) but when an employee makes a mistake they need to make it right. Owners definitely need to consider cleaning house and hiring a new team because from the other reviews I’ve read those high school girls are nothing but disrespectful.

Very rude!! we told them we had 2 orders in drive thru, girl said she would do it this time like she’s doing us a favor and then continued to tell everyone around her what she was doing very unprofessional , never have issues anywhere else we go, Small burritos.People forget where their wages come from. Won’t go back.

went in at 7 a.m staff was very family oriented which is what I love about a place. Ordered a ham, potatoe, chorizo and cheese burrito and it was one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve had in a while, salsa was also on point. If I wasn’t a poor college student definitely would have tipped more

Would not even give them a 1 star. Person in the drive through was rude to begin with. And I paid 14 dollars and some change for some quesdillas that were thrown together and had a single bellpepper and a single onion. The lady at the counter was very rude and rolled her eyes when I went inside to show her what was given to me. Also got cheese enchiladas and there was absolutely no cheese inside the tortillas, just sauce on top. Not professional at all. Would not recommend
