Josie’s has my favorite authentic Colorado breakfast burrito in town, on the burrito quality alone but also for the staff, atmosphere, and salsa quality. Recently, I’ve also learned about how good the dine-in experience and other menu options can be.

Josie’s is a good place to eat. I like that the food seems fresher than a lot of other Mexican restaurants I’ve tried. The portions are perfect, they do not give you so much food you can’t finish it but enough to fill you up. The service is great as well! Love this location in the cute town of Mead.

A fair value for the tasty food. We dined in and had a pleasant time. The service was courteous and prompt. The food was hot and fresh. On a late summer afternoon the inside AC was just right. The music was at a good volume. The interior is colorful and well-lighted.
