Food was great. The lady that was helping us wasn’t much help when I was trying to pay the system wasn’t working and it said my card kept declining but I had money in my account and my brother tried it as well to see if something was wrong with my card, but no, it was the system and their end that wasn’t working and the lady didn’t know what was wrong or how to fix it. She barely spoke and understood English. Just stress didn’t give up the right change back…..

$14 plate with very small portion. Lady was rude and got kinda irritated when I asked for hot sauce. She was also arguing with some food delivery lady while I was eating . Bad customer service, high prices small portions.

Non – discript hole in the wall from the outside; clean, modern Asian, comfortable atmosphere. Excellent quality food; the Udon was hot, flavorful w/noodles, shrimp, tofu..etc., the kimchi, chilled and not too spicy, the Yaki-soba w/lots of veggies was also excellent.

The food was amazing and a really great price. I got two entrees and two appetizers for $22.75 We have plenty left over for lunch tomorrow. Service was super friendly and they packed sauces and utensils in my togo without me asking for it.

Well you know something I went to place an order, I was trying to talk to the lady and she just said something and hung up on me. I’ve never tried it before and I don’t think I will try it I don’t care if the food’s good if you’re going to have an attitude like that I would rather not put my money into an establishment like this..no thanks

Extremely rude staff. I asked for an extra teriyaki sauce and she said it was in the bag. I said may I please have an extra one. She was saying something about me that I did not understand but I know it wasn’t kind. I now drive an extra 20 minutes to Gresham to get Bon teriyaki where the food, staff and service are superb. Nothing joyful at this Joy teriyaki. Do not recommend.
