Absolutely five stars!! Best Chinese food around, prob the best I’ve ever had. Sesame chicken. Pork ribs. Pork fried rice. Dumplings. Those are a must!! Absolutely amazing, Food is always juicy, never dry and very flavorful. And they are fast. I would definitely recommend!

We moved to nearby Ridge almost a year ago and the entire time we’ve tried to find good Chinese food out here. We tried Joy Wo on a whim and we think it’s the best Chinese food East of 112. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Their chicken in garlic sauce is amazing as well as the egg roll that came with the combo. Will definitely be back.

I just ordered food from here on DoorDash. It is the first time I’ve ordered from here. I have had Chinese food from easily 20-30 restaurants in Suffolk county alone and I have to say that this is easily top 3. I get Chinese food at least 2 times a month, usually somewhere in either port Jefferson or rocky point, depending on where I am. But now I will be making the extra trip to shoreham whenever I want Chinese from now on. Excellent quality. Also, I never review places, so the fact that I’m writing this means something. For reference, I ordered: bbq spare ribs, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, steamed dumplings, and lo mein for my brother and I. I was already impressed before I got the the last thing, the ribs, which are my favorite Chinese item and seemingly the hardest to get right. They could have used a bit more sauce, but I’ve never had spare ribs with such good texture. Lots of meat and extremely tender. If you’re an avid spare rib eater like I am, you’ll know that’s hard to find sometimes. Everything else was excellent as well. Don’t hesitate to eat here.

Very good! Just moved to the area and have tried several Chinese food places. This one’s the best by far! Sesame chicken and roast pork egg foo young are excellent. Fried rice and lo main are solid.

Good Chinese food. We liked the sesame chicken and the fried rice. We were disappointed with the spicy Szechuan Beef. It was very bland and not spicy at all. Overall pretty good. The service was fast and the servers were friendly.

If you find yourself in Shoreham craving Chinese food, you basically have 2 choices. Drive to JFK and hop a flight to Beijing, or head to Joy Wo. I’d probably go with Joy Wo. Beijing does have cheap and delicious food, but not nearly as ‘authentically Chinese’ as Joy Wo Kitchen. The menu has actually Chinese characters on it, for instance. So save yourself a flight, and head to Joy Wo to put some China in your mouth.
