Their names were Jerry Haley, Robert Martin, Ellis Martin, Charles Lehman, and Keith Waltz. And, if you take the first letter of each of their names and put them together, you get the word, “JRECK.” Since then, JRECK Subs stores have opened up throughout New York State and continue to offer the best-tasting subs around. Each JRECK Subs store is locally owned and operated by dedicated franchisees who honor our past by retaining a foundational engagement of support with educators, schools and other organizations in the Malone area.

This place has THE BEST subs hands down!!! I have lived in 3 different states and ate at plenty sub shops and this one tops the cake by far. Whenever I visit Malone, Jrecks is my first stop! I also got my fiance hooked on Jrecks subs, he absolutely loves it! How can anyone not!?! Jrecks Subs are pure heaven!!!!!

This place used to be the best. Their sandwiches are still good but the positions are humiliating. They cust the meat portions in the sandwiches which to be honest would not bother me. It’s their sides that are ridiculous! A portion of fries is maybe the same as a kids meal fries at McDonald’s. Same for the cauliflower or pickles. I doubt I’ll go back cause theily are just abusing their customers at this point.

We both got Italian subs and they were delicious! Lots of meat and cheese and plenty of condiments. The bread was so good–fresh and soft–I wanted to just eat it plain. The staff were also super friendly and helpful.

Building had a facelift and is much nicer than it’s been in the past. Little bit of a larger menu and specialty seasonal items make each trip a delight. Pepsi products. My favorite are the deepfried green beans when they have them.
