Their names were Jerry Haley, Robert Martin, Ellis Martin, Charles Lehman, and Keith Waltz. And, if you take the first letter of each of their names and put them together, you get the word, “JRECK.” Since then, JRECK Subs stores have opened up throughout New York State and continue to offer the best-tasting subs around. Each JRECK Subs store is locally owned and operated by dedicated franchisees who honor our past by retaining a foundational engagement of support with educators, schools and other organizations in the Gouverneur area.

THE best subs, better than Subway or any sandwich place can offer. Fresh cuts and veggies. You can’t beat the bread, always so soft and delicious. Great spot for a quick bite and I’m so happy they’ve remained open during COVID and have maintained sanitary measures to ensure the safety of all their guests. Can’t wait to be back.

Food is always nice and fresh. Friendly staff. Decent enough prices. I’d say premium price for a premium product. I always stop here instead of traditional fast food. They are very fast and precise!! They always have a sub of the day at a low price!
