We stopped here on the way to Durham, NC. It was around lunch time, and there were a good number of people there. Ordering was easy, and the person that took my order was really nice. I had a house cheeseburger with a small side of french fries. I enjoyed my food. The french fries were crispy, and the burger was unique in its taste (it wasn’t like a cookie-cutter burger). The prices were very reasonable for a local place. The overall atmosphere of the place was comfortable. I would definitely like to return and try the local meat, and possibly a sub.

Never really looked but my reviews are about 80% good 20% negative, so not quite sure how you arrived at that conclusion. If you noticed, the only negative reviews are in the western NC area. Just upsetting to see MOST businesses sourcing the cheapest products and charging as much as they can then a little more. You burgers taste like a cheap freeze dried highly processed meat and a bland bun……

This place is awesome! Burgers made with local happy beef. We had the ribeye, ground in-house. Mine was on a buttered soft pretzel bun. Delicious! All the veg toppings you want at no extra charge. Strawberry milkshakes were the best we’ve had around here. Nice, friendly atmosphere. Only wish they had a burger on the kids’ menu.

I literally had THE BEST hamburger ever here and my wife said the same about hers as well.We had the local beef and it was absolutely fantastic.The onion rings were also exceptional and the dipping sauce that came with them was excellent.We will definitely be putting this establishment on our regular rotation.Do yourself a favor and visit,you will not be disappointed.
