When my friend and l found the restaurant, we truly found a gem! The food and service were both excellent. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and has a calm, relaxing air that just invites you in. I absolutely became hooked on their absolutely lovely peach chicken! I normally taste my way through the menu of a restaurant, but l fell in love with the peach chicken. Now, l keep having to have it.

Not my favorite place unfortunately. I picked up a takeout order for two lastnight around 7pm. The cashier was pleasant and diligent throughout the transaction process, and the place was dead except one couple sat in a booth, but it was cute inside. The food is where my problems begin; the egg rolls had to of been old(both homie and I took a bite and it tasted moldy), the egg drop soup is more of a corn chowder(never had egg drop with corn), the noodles had an unpleasant thick greasey coating on them, the fried rice was burnt with chewy eggs, most everything was bland, ordered two different entrées but got two of the same dish, and the breaded shrimp were something straight outta the dollar store frozen section, but the crab Rangoons were good in some sweet and sour. Had it been close to close or busy as heck I’d understand, but this was a huge disappointment.

I’m surrounded by good Chinese food in my home state, and somehow I only crave JS lo mein! We visit every time we’re in Casper; the JS Special is our favorite but everything is delicious. And I don’t know what they do to their noodles to give them the best flavor ever!

The food is excellent!!! friendly, fast service, and surprisingly affordable!!! Strongly recommend trying their lunch special or their house dinner special that has the Pu Pu Platter!!! FYI, the parking is not that great because it is located downtown.

The restaurant is dated but it is clean. Not much of a Chinese atmosphere. But go here for the food. The food was good and tasty. I felt sorry for the waiter that was having to work the whole restaurant and was very busy.

I ordered the hot and sour soup. This is my favorite thing from JS Chinese restaurant. I ordered a large and 2 eggrolls. Pictured is the large bowl with the soup cup. When eaten there it has a ladle making it easier to share. I recommend trying it. The spicy level is like 1 star. I am guessing that you can order it spicier if you want it to be. You can get this soup delivered as well.
