The food was not good and way to expensive for what it was. Got the check before we even got the drinks or food. Was sighed at when requested an appetizer after ordering our food because it was on a separate menu we weren’t told about. The appetizer was only 8 pieces of cauliflower for $6.00. They were mad because they had to add it to the check after they had already wrote it. Was not offered another drink until they overhead it being complained about. The best part of the food was the “Texas toast” which was just buttered toast. Our server seemed like we were an inconvenience but the other 2 were really nice.

had the steak and shrimp special. my wife had the shrimp basket with tots. everything was cooked just right. the batter on the shrimp had a great flavor, and didn’t soak up all the oil from the fryer. the fries and tots were also cooked well, and not greasy. the steak was cooked just as i asked.

This is our third time eating here this week. We are from Tucson and brought cousins with us tonight. As per our other visits food was excellent, service was fantastic. It is only Place I will eat here in town. We have one more week here and we will be eating here more before we leave. The waitress excellent. We will request her neath time we come in.

Very clean with great food, great beer and friendly staff. Had travelled to Beatrice from Crete to find somewhere decent to eat and luckily found this place just as we were leaving. Would definitely eat here again if I was in the area.

I went in on a Saturday evening around 6pm, a few people there, I ordered take out and waited at the bar, I ordered the beer breaded shrimp basket with the sweet potato tots, and in the nick of time as while I waited they stated getting busy, I know why! The food was amazing! I recommend Js to anyone wanting to try them! You won’t be disappointed !
