Friday, I was a 1st timer. The food was alright, but not as good as I expected based on the reviews that I have read. I had a pulled pork sandwich. Basically it was reheated pork, saturated in barbecue sauce. Personally, not my idea of Smoked BBQ. Good smoked BBQ should not be disguised with sauce. I like to taste the smoked meat that someone just spent many many hours preparing. After all that work why would you want to hide the flavor from me. Reheated Pork especially, has a very distinct taste to it when it’s reheated. It’s just a taste I don’t care for. Most likely if the food was served shortly after it was cooked in the smoker, it would probably be extremely good. This is the chance you take eating at a BBQ Restaurant, that smokes their meat. They typically have to be reheated before serving.

Bloody Mary’s perfect, coleslaw perfect, ribs burgers, pulled pork and brisket. We had everything at our table and it was tender, perfectly smoked and the best bbq you can find around. Excellent job, and the price was the cheapest I’ve seen at a bbq place. You will not be disappointed.

Stopped in here for the firstime the other evening, and I tell you what. This is thee best bbq pulled pork sandwich with slaw I have ever eaten! Hands down best! Jason knows his bbq and you must, I say MUST stop in at eat here! World class. Better than Slows bbq!
