I’ve been trying to eat at this place for a couple of months now. I was finally able to go for supper a couple of weeks ago. I’ll be honest with you when I say that I wish I would have started eating here a couple of months ago. This kind of home style cooking is unparalleled anywhere in laramie. We had breakfast here Saturday morning, and the chicken fried steak was so tender you didn’t need a knife, not to mention so big I had to take a quarter of it home with me. Huge portions mixed with a friendly and courteous staff make this restaurant Laramies hidden jem in the Jem city.

So, I was turned on to going to the new JSI Grill restaurant today. I thought eh, we’ll go see. My friend ordered their wings and onion rings, and I had a mushroom and Swiss burger. I have to say we were not disappointed!! Their wings are great as well as the rest of their menu! Service was outstanding!! Look forward to going back.

What a find! Found JSI on google maps and decided to try due to great reviews. The 5-star reviews are right. Had the brisket burger, and wife had the cheeseburger. Both fantastic. Fries so fresh had to let them cool a bit. Perfect. Brisket on burger was tender and juicy. Just found a must-stop place on the I-80.

ooh my gosh. So good. We tried the corn fritters, chicken cordon bleu balls, and the fried cheese curds. So tasty, great and friendly service, and easty to find in the west side of Laramie. We will definitely be back (I wanna try the bourbon burger next!).
