What an awesome place! Loved that we walked in and we were greeted immediately with a warm hello by John and an intro. My great tasting food was made by Kyle. We had the chicken and caramelize onion flatbread that was flavorful and tasty. My husband and brother-in-law had the different on tap beers in metal cups (genius) that kept the beers extremely cold! Definitely recommending it to everyone and everybody coming back when we’re on vacation again

Jtaps is amazing Jon, Zach, and Mariah are above the rest. So nice to see such a trendy business in somersworth. The food is absolutely exquisite, they use only the freshest ingredients. They grow.mamy of their own herbs and spices Jon and Zach have many many years of culinary expertise between them. The menu has so many tasty choices from delicious appetizers to amazing entrees. The food is all homemade with wholesome ingredients. They have great beers on tap to choose from. Mariah can whip up anything that you would like to drink. If you can think of it they can make it. You can believe when I say they don’t use cheap booze or water down your drinks. Such a great atmosphere. I have tried many of their tasty selections. They will not disappoint. Thanks for working so hard to bring something so great to Somersworth.

Great spot! Cosy atmosphere, with incredible and fresh made-to-order from scratch tapas. Very unique dishes with amazing flavors. The cocktails are expert-level, but it’s the bartender and chef that make this a 5 star tapas bar. Super personable and friendly, and always genuinely willing to help.

JTaps is a great local and casual place to grab a drink and a bite to eat. I’ve been there several times and the food never disappoints. However the service can be iffy if one particular bartender is working. Alexandria makes you feel unwelcome and that you are an inconvenience to her rather than selling service with a smile. If you go on any other night the rest of the staff if amazing. And if you get younger bartender with a few tattoos you will have an amazing experience. 10/10 recommend but hope you don’t have Alexandria.

Server was great! Drinks were also good. Some of the food was ok. Fried chicken sandwich was made with some kind of preformed chicken sponge. Pretty gross. If I wanted Mcnuggets, I know where to get them. Also seemed like the chicken in the paella was precooked frozen. If you’re going to present your restaurant as a nice tapas place, you should use fresh ingredients. I have had higher quality food from Circle K.

Definitely try the spicy pork tacos and blue mojito! The staff are super passionate about the food and drinks and it shows in the results. Impressed with the dedication and friendliness of Mariah and Zach. Will be back with friends and spread the word. A hidden gem for sure.
