Delicious! We just got a hankering for BBQ and found this on Google. We went all out—rack of ribs plus all the sides. Just as everyone had said: delicious, flavorful and well-priced. The man working (not sure if it was the owner) was very nice as well. We will definitely be back!

I don’t get to many of the food trucks in town but I sure am glad I stop by JT’s smokin& BBQ. My car smelled amazing the whole drive home. Ordered the BBQ brisket sandwich with the mustard vinegar BBQ sauce and it was amazing! Had a side of Mac and cheese that was creamy and delicious. Highly recommend!

Wow! Just wow! This place deserves every ounce of its 5 star rating. My partner and I were in town from Vancouver BC, and had a hankering for some BBQ. JTs smoke house popped up on google, so we took the plunge.

Awesome barbecue mac and cheese. Food was also prepared very quickly and at a reasonable price. Seriously, if you’re in Bellingham you should give this place a serious look. It may be a truck, but JT’s has better food than many normal restaurants!

This place is legit. Do yourself a favor and get two bowls of bbq mac n cheese. One for now, one for tomorrow, trust me, you won’t regret it. Also, other than the fact that this is hands-down the best bbq in all of Bellingham, ol boy in the truck is cool AF. Only bummer is he’s only there on Tuesdays & Fridays. The bbq chicken sandwich is my favorite but the bbq brisket sandwich is pretty awesome too. (Tip- go for the mustard bbq sauce) GO GET YOU SOME!

JT’s BBQ ribs are fall-off-the-bone, finger-licking bits of mouth-watering goodness! Both man and canine will want a plate of these rib bones (and there’s easily enough in a serving for the missus). You really won’t believe you can eat food this great from a food truck!
