Driving through Texas and spotted Juan and Allies off the highway! We showed up on Crawfish day! I mentioned that we were from Cleveland and aren’t big crawfish people. They had some pulled pork left and offered to make it for us. It was the BEST pulled pork I’ve ever had. It took no time at all. I highly recommend you stop off for an intimate atmosphere, great conversation, and delicious food. Thank you Juan and Allie, we appreciate your hospitality!

BELIEVE all the reviews! This BBQ joint is definitely worth the stop! My husband and I are on a long road trip through Texas and saw this on Google, the reviews do not lie. I had the ribs with potato salad and mac & cheese everything was delicious. The ribs are out of this world! My husband had the brisket sandwich and it was also to die for! Allie was very warm and welcoming and their family story is beautiful. As avid road trippers we are always looking for a convenient place to stop and we found it here. Only about 1 mile off the highway very easy parking and quick access back on the highway. This is a MUST stop, we will come here any and every time we’re in town!

A worthy pit stop on our way from Denver to Houston! Some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. The brisket and pulled pork were so juicy and falling apart. The potato salad had a lot of dill pickle flavor that balanced out the creaminess. Mac & cheese was classic and tasty. Staff was super friendly as well. Worth your while if you’re in the area or passing through!

This is a must. I’m picky over my brisket and this was the 2nd best brisket I’ve eaten. It was moist and full of flavor. It’s out there with no real destination other than to eat there. It’s got a homely feel and everyone is super friendly.
