Worse customer service experience. I called the store to ask what time they close she said 8:20pm I said maps says I can be there at 8:22pm. She said she had no idea how much chicken they had left nor did she bother to ask the cook or ask if I could do a phone order. As soon as my daughter and I arrive she locks the door.. another customer comes behind me and leaves. I just think it’s bad customer service not to offer to take the or wait 2 minutes until a customer arrives.

Yes! One of the best tasting chickens I’ve ever had. Juicy, with excellent seasoning and decent size whole chicken. The mild salsa was tomatoes primarily, so next time we’ll try the spicy one. What I didn’t like and it’s about their convenience, the tortillas. They are microwaved, they’re okay but not great… I only had 1 corn tortilla. We’re on this low carb diet so we didn’t try the rice, beans or potato salad which is what I normally get. Maybe in a few months I’ll have it with the carb sides. We were hungry and I forgot about taking pictures.

On Sunday March 12th mid-afternoon I walked into the Juan Pollo here in la Mirada and I was trying to use a coupon but the person didn’t know how to activate it or accept it and there was no leadership present the manager wasn’t there but there was no lead or an assistant manager either just the person at the register Brianna the problem was that we got the chicken got home and I had asked for corn and flour tortillas which are you allowed to do half and half and first of all they ended up being only flower tortillas and they rolled them so tight like a taquito that from when they were being steamed in the moisture we couldn’t even pull them apart they fell apart we just threw them away and. And I spoke to the manager today Monday March 13th Elsa and it was like no big deal to her she was just not listening to what I had to say and she was flippant about it. She never offered any kind of replacement. I don’t think I’ll be going back there any longer very unprofessional workers with bad attitud

Juan Pollo La Mirada is mostly a hit, sometimes a miss. Sometimes their chicken is too salty. Most of the time, the chicken is just right. We order everytime we get the 2 chicken coupon, which is at least once a month. Earlier today however, I was surprised to see a wire like thing in my food. Not sure if it’s from the rice, the chicken, or the salsa. Disappointed.

Had their Juan’s Big Burrito. It was huge and had great flavor. This place is much better then El Pollo Locos Burrito. Atmosphere is average, nothing great. Serve was about average. I would recommend it more for the food, or maybe take out.
