This is the second time I have a bad experience with this location!! First time I ordered a catering tray of potato salad and it was sour and had a bad smell to it! This time I got 2 pollo bowls and they gave me dried up left over chicken! I called the store at 7:50, 10 min till closing and they didn’t answer my call. Finally after the 8th time calling someone answered but she was staying quiet. So I called again and she answered. This location needs to do better!! Rude people that work there! Nasty attitudes! I will not be supporting this location no longer!

California chain serving rotisserie chicken. Ordered two chickens for a weeknight dinner. It’s good for those days when you don’t feel like cooking, but you don’t want to buy fast food. The chicken is succulent and the skin is crispy. For a family of four, I would recommend getting two chickens to keep you full, with about half a chicken for left overs. They already cut everything so you don’t need to worry about divvying it up yourself. My favorite part is the thigh.

The food is so good, I could eat the rice by itself. The chicken falls off the bone. Everytime we visit CA we get some. My wife tried it for the first time and she said it was amazing. I don’t like the tortillas and the hott salsa is very hott but other than that it’s good food. You really can’t beat the flavor. I remember growing up getting the pogs and thinking to myself this place is awesome. Wish the dining room was open but other than that even eating in our car was so good. We will be making a trip before we leave back home.

I have mixed emotions. Yes I know the prices have gone up every where for everyone. However, even when chicken was inexpensive there prices were outrageous. Yes, there chicken is delicious, spectacular, the skin is sinfully spectacular but the price!!!! The potato salad is always perfect! Just the right amount of mayo. It has the homemade taste just like mom’s or grandma’s. The salsa if they serve or make it rt is my favorite. I always ask for mild but sometimes they give me spicy. On the occasion I get spicy I put a little ranch and it milds it out. So yes, it is really good just pricey
