Nah this was bad bad. We ordered their Juan’s burrito but it didn’t even come wrapped it was molded to burrito shaped with rips and rice busting out. We asked for beans but got rice instead. I should’ve just order the potato salad. Sad a Mexican got a disappointed burrito. These workers talk about rolling blunts but can’t even wrap a burrito. The bathroom was really nice.

Ordered a chicken bowl and as you can see, it came with more liquid in it than rice. I brought it up to the chef and he said oh it must’ve been The beans and didn’t offer to fix it. It also had gross rubbery chicken skin in it. Put it in the trash. Won’t be returning.

Juan Pollo has the best chicken! Unfortunately, this time our rice had what seemed to be old rubbery chicken skin pieces in it, very unappetizing. Tables and bathroom were both pretty dirty. We did get our food quickly and the woman in register was very nice

The spot is nice but the food seemed to go down hill. Ill still give it another chance but I literally should have ordered tostadas the way all the tacos fell apart. The taste wasn’t on point either. Maybe it was just the day but I’ll give it one more chance.

I’ve been to most locations for my chicken and by far this location lacks CLEANLINESS (bathrooms and dinning areas) and CUSTOMER SERVICE skills from the assistant manager. The food comes with tortillas and I wanted to substituted the tortillas and opted for the chips well sad to say that my request was denied and was told I had to pay extra for them ( $5.extra) in shock of course my next question was why!? the additional cost the manager wouldn’t come to address my concern of its all the same thing TORTILLAS=TORTILLA CHIPS nothing less nothing more. I will continue to go to the other locations where they are happy to grant my request and spend my money there.

This place did not prepare for this Easter weekend. My wife ordered the potato salad half sheet. Upon arriving, there was a line out the door with customers waiting for their orders. A person in front of me had been waiting since 12:00 pm. It was now 1:30pm. Ridiculous. They could not find my order. Very disappointing considering that I ordered a day prior. I hope they can resolve this problem in the future.
