Honest reviews: We went there around 11 AM on 07/09/23, the chicken itself was good or tasty, salad wasn’t good because of some veggies were burned ( please see our pictures), potato salad were okay, the service from the staff wasn’t welcoming, and they don’t even apologize when our tortillas missing. I don’t think we will coming back there anymore.

I picked up dinner from Juan Pollo, and the restaurant was empty. I ordered a family pack, which comes with Rice, beans, and potato salad, torillas (flour/corn), and a choice of mild or hot salsa. I also ordered an extra side of rice. Service at the register was excellent, but when I was handed my food by the lady in the back, she was not pleasant, especially when I asked for lemons and serrano chilies. I trusted that when she handed my order, it was correct, but when I got home, I noticed my $5 extra med side rice was missing. Luckily, I don’t live far from Juan Pollo, so I turned back and explained what happened, and they immediately apologized to me and gave me an extra large side for the inconvenience. The situation ended well.

In my experience is a very clean place, restrooms were very clean, they have hand sanitizer right before you order which is awesome , customer service is pretty good, and best of all food is DELICIOUS!! Hands down the best chicken .

Freaking disgusting. I ordered lunch and opened the box to see someone had already eaten part of the chicken, there were bones in the box. I contacted corporate and she offered a coupon to replace my food. Lol this is an era of disease covid, monkeypox and whatever else is coming. No thanks keep your lil coupon I will never eat here again. What manager is ok with their employees eating around food being prepared for the public I will never know.
