Food was cold. Order was wrong. Elote was gross. Flavor was lacking across the board.Vegetarian food had meat on it. For $4 a taco I shouldn’t wish I’d just stopped at Taco Bell instead(a sentiment echoed by another reviewer). $5 for an horchata nobody wanted to drink because it looked viscous even after shaking vigorously and it was s strange color. I’d have to imagine the positive reviews here are fakes created by people associated with the company or written by people who don’t actually know what good Mexican food tastes like. Oh, and after I left this review they tried calling me several times which just further impacted the nice time I was trying to have with my family which already took a bit of a downturn due to the over-priced, late and sub-par food.

Love this place! Had the Birria tacos and theyre some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Perfect flavor. The chips and salsa was also fantastic. Plus the customer service was top tier! Can’t wait to go back 🙂

The food is great, but the service is nothing short of laughable. From missed food on every order (of 3 so far) and employees that don’t even come to the front counter when customers walk in… Or better yet will make eye contact with you, after walking back in the restaurant as they missed items in your order after waiting 25 minutes past my online order pick up time in a restaurant with only 2 customers inside (who were also ignored). The first time I went they missed three tacos, but when I brought it to their attention they were awesome about it and also gave me a free side of rice and beans. My feelings changed however last night when 3 separate employees could see me thru the kitchen window, completely ignored me AGAIN after having to go back inside and took 7 minutes to get me a single side of sauce. They really need to hire at least ONE adult to work the restaurant because the parade of 16 year olds is kinda sad. Too bad the food is good

Absolutely worst food I have had in a long time. Taco shells were cold, missing the consumme for the birria, corn was salty as hell, rice was cold and clumpy like it was days old and microwaved, the beans were garbage. Absolutely terrible experience, will not go again, and I advise others not to!

It’s your classic grub hub horror story. We put an order in that got lost in translation somehow. We had to make three calls for updates and answers. The food finally arrives, elotes are swimming in what used to be their sauce, the tacos are butchered like two of the three are empty because it looks like someone violently shook the box. One of the burritos had meat that wasn’t meant to. When we finally called about all this there was nothing to be done, evidently. Nice learning about you JT.
