Wow! We were randomly driving through this little town on our way to Twin Falls. We were hungry and saw this place at the last second. We made a u-turn and sat down for some lunch. The first thing we noticed is that this place was so inviting and clean! The service was friendly and quick. We both had enchiladas. The food was amazing and the ingredients were fresh. We’re so glad we stopped and would definitely come again!

Worth the drive from Twin Falls! I’m from out of state and this is a worth the stop while traveling through Idaho! I have eaten Mexican food all over the world. Honestly this is an amazing Mexican restaurant. The flavors of their sauces are very creative, colorful and complex. Which makes their sauces some of the best I have ever had. The prices are extremely low for the quality of food received. The location feels like a typical local Mexican restaurant. But if you transplanted the food into a high end building and 5 star service the food would hold up. The presentation of the food was not 5 stars maybe 3. But overall the restaurant was fairly clean and inviting. Their front counter needs some decluttering it’s a little messy. The rest of the restaurant is open and inviting but where you order food is a little cramped which brings down the overall appearance. Plus if you can see into the kitchen it should be spotless or more care taken in hiding parts of the kitchen.

Tasty! Big portions, well-prepared food, and quick and friendly service. They were patient enough to explain what a gordita is to me—gringa extrema I suppose, since my gordita experience is limited to Taco Bell—so I had to try one. Pretty good! Nothing like Taco Bell, which is a good thing, right? Husband tried his Mexican restaurant standard chile relleno and reported that it stood up well against others he’s had. Kids had a giant platter of chicken nachos, which I of course pilfered, and all the fresh tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeños really gave them some great flavor along with some well-seasoned shredded chicken. Would definitely go back if we’re ever in the area again—would love to try more on their menu.

I bought 10 tacos I paid 30$ and it was the worst meal I have ever had .meat was dogfood it was cold and all the shells were soggy this place has gone downhill in the last 2 years do not waste your money here El corrito is right nextdoor and they care about the food they are serving. They understand what authentic Mexican food is.
