Underrated when it comes to breakfast!! The taquitos and the chicken and waffles are amazing. Staff was very friendly and the place is always clean. Nice environment with lots of TVs on sports channels. Lots of menu options other than just hamburgers. Although the burgers are really good.

So definitely the best burger place around east Texas. It really does not get better than this. Everything is freshly made and there are so many things y on choose from. The burgers as they come are exactly how I like them and they are PERFECT!!! I always get the fried pickles or fried green tomatoes. I alternate each time as an appetizer. People say the prices can be high but this isn’t a fast food type burger even though they have a drive through. Really great sized burgers with great sides and plenty of ways to get full no matter what. Just a burger/fry combo will fill you up but add in any of the extras like the fried goodies and you have it made. I believe this is the newest Jucys around here and they don’t disappoint. Great location. The employees at this one as well as all others I’ve been to are fantastic!! The place is clean and comfortable. I can bet you that 99% of the menu is great all the time. I haven’t had every single thing there but I’ve had all the different burgers and sides. I know they have salads and I’m sure they are good but I go for the beef. Try it and enjoy. It’s the BEST!! This was our first time to come in for breakfast, and Sheila was incredible! She was super friendly, was very patient while we went through the menu, answered our questions and even helped us make our decision. We went with the skillet breakfast and chicken waffles. Both came out fast and delicious.

We love the beans at Jucy’s! The cowboy melt is great! My daughter asked for cheese tater tots and they didn’t know what to do with that. We were like, “Well you have tater tots, and you have cheese …….” They finally made her an order of tater tots and sprinkled some grated cheese on top. Not the best!

Amazingly good food. Hamburgers are awesome. The chicken salads are also awesome, LOTS of chicken on them! I have been so disappointed in Dairy Queen barely putting any chicken in their chicken salads for around the same price; it’s a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend.

They forgot to put the fries in the bag – but other than that, burgers were great. I let my husband have the onion rings. Guess I should have checked the bag before leaving. Nevertheless the cooks did an awesome job!

Way over priced. Tomatoes on the burger i ordered were translucent so they made the burger taste mushy. All the tables were dirty. I went at about 3pm. The facility seemed nice with a lot of TVs that gave it a Sports Bar vibe. The customer service was terrible. Ordering wasn’t hard but it wasn’t easy. The person taking the order was not inviting and warm. I know there is a worker shortage but the transaction felt like I was bothering her. Everything is a separate charge.

The burgers were good, not great. The service was terrible. I ordered food for 4 people. I paid. We received our food, and when looking at my receipt while eating. I noticed I was charged for 5 drinks and an extra burger topping that I didn’t receive. The line was really long, and no one was available to assist. So we finished our meal and then had to wait in line for over 15 minutes to be told rudely that I would receive a refund in 5-7 days for the items that I didn’t receive nor need but paid for. No refund received. It has been over 17 days now. No assistance was given when I tried to call and ask about the situation. I was just told they would look into the matter. The frustration isn’t necessarily the amount they owe me, but the fact that I was told they would make it right and they have failed to do so. Customer service in any business should be a priority. It seems that it is not at this restaurant. Two stars were given for food.

By far the best of the best of the absolute best!!!!! I had a craving for a hamburger and good God this location here had me wanting to come get another burger and fry with no room to put it in my belly. Great staff, great food, great service, best Jucy’s location. Thank you for bringing back real, juicy hamburgers again. That’s been missing for years now and this location has brought back perfection!!!!
