Being from Louisiana we like our seafood differently than the way they cook it here. I will say this it’s tasty and you can get whatever flavor you like so that’s a plus.What I mean by flavour they have this thing that they called shabang and you can get it extremely hot, mild or Cajun they have various flavors but overall it was okay the chicken that I ordered I was upset about because they only put the seasoning on the top it’s like they didn’t cover the whole piece of chicken and for the barbecue sauce they did the same thing they just sprinkle some barbecue sauce on top and that was it so I gave four stars but I’m really on the fence about that.

Pricey but good, the two times I’ve been there I’ve enjoyed the food. Service was a bit sub par both times at the bar. Bathrooms pretty gross. Parking lot seems sketch would imagine there’s quite a few break ins in the area

The food here is delicious! My only problem is that they always seem to forget something when we order online. I know that this is a seafood place, but the chicken tenders were so fresh, juicy, and well seasoned!! The Juicy Seafood mix w/hot is always the perfect combination for me.

So we got served a tea that wasn’t sweet and we decided not to complain then few seconds later the server came with another tea that was exactly what we wanted, then we were surprised how they got to know that our tea has a problem then we noticed there was a camera above us meaning they monitor customers to make sure that they are receiving best service. We really liked that and the food is also excellent my boyfriend and I go there at least 2 times a month.i recommend this place.

I have just left this place absolutely full. With a big smile on my face. And food to go home with. The absolute best boil I have ever had. Way better than Joe’s Crab Shack. The service was fast and friendly and the food was hot and flavorful and spicy. I only wish there were more of these around and that there was one near where I live. I would go broke coming here every freaking weekend. If you are ever near a Juicy Seafood and Bar get there immediately.

Definitely not what I expected tonight from a seafood restaurant that my family and I have been loyal to for years. When I’m asked about a good seafood place with good food drinks and great customer service Im so quick to mention Juicy seafood in Dallas. I want to shout out their greeter Jose for his warm welcoming, professionalism and making sure sports was on for us. Because that’s what we do faithful here at Juicy. Our service sucked, Leo was our server and I didn’t experience the best when it came to our food. Especially when I approached him nicely about the removal of these shrimp! As they tasted horrible, while he was to busy the shrimp sat there while we finished the rest of our food. But he never came back to complete my request. Now here’s the thing with me, my job is to let my server know about my meal, not go to the manager first to get him in trouble. I’m that type of person because I’m a leader myself. But some how she came and asked if I needed anything and I said I’m still waiting on the rest of my food, which has NOTHING to do with my seafood boil. Once we finished I told Leo our server again hey please remove the shrimp that you added off. He calls Sandra the manager, she is already defensive Here’s the thing I am not the type or person looking for discounts that’s the funny part. But for Leo to bring the manager Sandra to me and she was so unprofessional and showed no leadership what so ever. Leo lied to her and said I didn’t say to remove the shrimp early on, that’s a lie! I looked for the officer at this location just so he could witness this unprofessional service we received! Again I told her I would post review or report for this and I meant it. Because other customers had bad services as well and once I said that she said worry about myself. That’s when I stated don’t worry give me my check, I’ll make sure to address this! Also Sandra the manager please get with Leo because he came back and said he apologize for lying and poor service. So here it is, I just asked that you all take consideration of the amount of servers y’all have for the amount of ppl y’all service! Clearly it was about money to you. Which I suggest you take some leadership and customer service courses to better service your skills. I have never had this experience. Especially with us spending over $250 every month with y’all. Shrimps were black, dry, and smelly! So yes tonight’s review was needed.

Do not order the strawberry daiquiri!!! It will come out looking and tasting like a strawberry smoothie/froth…. no juice! And you will be disappointed and will not get a refund. The manager was very stern about not giving a refund even though the drink was made incorrectly. I repeat Do Not Order any daiquiri because they do not make frozen drinks. All it will be is froth.

First there was a problem at the front in regard to reservations, the waiter started servibg our drinks to soon about time the rest of the party arrived drinks were watered down, music was very loud to where you couldnt hear one another talking, the manager Mira did not come in and introduce herself so we would know who was in charge. The server was good trying to take care of our needs. The food was very good. Other people was sharing the party room with us and there were plenty room out front.
