Food was amazing, love the options to customize your seafood boil bag! They have everything from King Crab, shrimp, mussels, even gator. Service was a bit slow, and my drink ran dry, so thats the 4 star for service, but I would still recommend it just for the food alone. They give you bibs, and gloves for your bags also so you don’t get completely messy!

Under new owners and management. Worst experience I’ve ever had a restaurant. I have worked in the industry for years and hospitality… Let’s start with the mgr. Sitting at the bar in clothes you lounge around in on a Sunday with her hair all up greasy.. did not help her staff at all.. talked to her friends and on the phone and was frustrated when she had to come talk to our table after our meal. had no care in the world. We sit down and I booked online mind you and they approved for a party of 6. So they should have known to be prepared.. they had one waitress and one bus girl (she was awesome). Took 40 minutes to get drinks, 1hr to get our order in and 45 minutes to get our food. Mind you this is my sons 15th birthday dinner!! The crawfish was rotten on half the orders, the sausage was barely boiled and seasoning thrown on top in a soup bowl.. the catfish looked like it was fried in old cornmeal and was extremely burnt. the bus girl had to get our refills after they were empty for a long time and she was the hardest working girl there.. It was the worst service and we still paid full price of $87.. they need to close! I hear the old owner owns Kraken in Springdale.. please go there!!

This was our first time here. Even though they were out of so many items, we still had a very enjoyable meal. Their fried okra was very tasty as was their gumbo. The only complaint I would have is that their garlic sauce for the food wasn’t all that garlicky tasting. I got the garlic mixed with the lemon pepper, so mine was pretty darn good. Oh yes, I would also suggest that they have a Cajun sausage as well as their smoked sausage. Our meal overall was great, as was our waitress, Lauren. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. We will definitely be back.

We called an order in for dinner and when we picked it up, realized that one of the dishes was tossed in a sauce we weren’t expecting. The bartender/front waitress reordered the dish without the sauce and had it out to us very quickly so we could get home and enjoy our food. Not only was the food delicious, she handled the situation politely and professionally. We will definitely be back to enjoy their food again, in part because of the great customer service.

We mainly had crab legs and they weren’t any good. Then we asked for butter and they brought us oil that they use in the fryer. Our server had no idea what was going. Not a good birthday dinner. We won’t be back.

Our family came here for dinner and had a great experience. From walking through their doors to being seated, the staff was attentive and welcoming. Best part was the food, we ordered several dishes to try and not one disappointed us. The seafood tasted fresh! We will definitely be back.

Terrible service. Took 20 minutes for a beer and a coke. Another 20 for oysters and fried pickles, never even got the pickles before I asked for the check. All workers were at the bar eating or on their phone. Would not recommend or go back under any circumstances. We were also 1 of 2 tables in the entire restaurant. Absolutely terrible.

The new owners suck! Absolutely sucks! They don’t care about the quality of their food, the cleanliness of the bathrooms nor the restaurant and the employees look unpleasant. The new owner sits on her greasy butt and does nothin! The food is half rotten, under cooked! We all got sick! It’s so disgusting and Absolutely awful!

Very good services. Good seafood. I saw the bad reviews online. But it is different from what I experienced. That is why I make this review. The seafood I ordered is seafood fest plus. The seasoning is lemon pepper and Cajun mixed. That was delicious. Thank you so much for my server. I am so sorry that I forgot her name.
