Food was delicious. Perhaps it was my fault, but I was surprised they stopped offering breakfast menu items at 11. I have experienced establishments that are only open for breakfast and lunch offer everything on the menu the whole time they are open. Atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for after a 5 mile walk.

The location is adorable, the service staff are always incredibly nice, and the food is prepared with a high level of precision and care. I love this place! My friends and I go here for breakfast whenever we have time off, and it’s always such a delight. The “lamplighter” is the perfect breakfast sandwich, and I love taking the “you gotta try this” to-go for an afternoon at the beach. They also have a house made chai, which I love to mix with a little coffee for the perfect morning pick-me-up. The staff are all incredibly friendly, and the space itself is so cozy and sweet. Highly recommend for anyone passing through Petoskey!

Delicious! My husband and I were in town as part of a weekend trip and stopped here for their Saturday breakfast. It certainly did not disappoint! The food was fresh, the atmosphere was quaint and the staff were super courteous. I ordered the French toast with a side of blueberry pancakes. The French toast was to die for and the pancakes were the perfect level of thickness with semi-crispy edges. I also tried a sweet roll danish that was filled with cream cheese and it blew my mind. We will definitely be back!

If you’re in Petoskey, you need to eat breakfast here. Both breakfast sandwiches were FANTASTIC! The Lamplighter (top) had great flavor and the bacon was perfectly cooked. The vegetarian (I added bacon and got it with the Pepper Parmesan bread) was phenomenal. The flavors blended together for one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever tasted.
