Service and atmosphere was awesome. The food was delicious but the sausage links were a little different. I should have tried the patties. Everything was great. Nice little spot to have breakfast! Thank you for reading my review. I hope it helped. Please like and subscribe.

Julie’s Cozy Cafe is the perfect moniker for this delightful breakfast and lunch only eatery. The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly, and it feels like walking into grandma’s kitchen and being spoiled with delicious food.

Cozy little breakfast nook, nestled in a neighborhood. Good food and friendly service. Place was packed at 10am on Sunday but we got lucky and walked in as a table emptied. We had the croissant sandwich and pb-banana stuffed French toast. Yum! Definitely would go again!

My SO & I visit this place for breakfast every time we stay in Wilkes-Barre. We found it on a whim one morning last year and have made multiple trips back since. We now call it our “breakfast spot.” Great homemade food at a great price. The staff is very friendly. Love the homemade goods they have for sale too. The environment can be a little tight when it’s busy, but that’s to be expected for a cozy café! 🙂

I loved this place, I wish I lived closer to come here more often. Classic and delicious breakfast food, great price. It’s definitely cozy inside and the staff are so nice! You can tell it’s a popular spot and they have repeat customers. Also we got more food than we expected for the price. Highly recommend!

Small, cozy family breakfast and lunch spot. We felt like we were in a home. Omelet and scrapple very good. Small serving sizes. Bacon was not good, tasteless. Coffee was weak, couldn’t finish. Nice prices.

Very quaint old home converted to a restaurant. Quite a few steps to enter from the rear, where the majority of parking spaces are available. Very nice walk up the steps but don’t look to the right as you can see the neighbors messy back yard. I had the standard eggs, potatoes, and toast with a pancake while the wife had the same. We also tried the Scrapple (never heard of it before or tried it before). The food was good and the Scrapple was……different.
