There aren’t any options for good pizza in Jim Thorpe. We have ordered from Julio’s several times; pizza, sandwiches, Stromboli (which was vomit inducing) hoping that maybe we just caught them on a bad night. It’s really hard to like this place. Mediocre service and below average food.

My wife ordered food and asked for ranch for the chicken tenders after she paid. I guess the older lady didn’t know that my wife speaks Spanish and started complaining and talking about my wife. That’s unacceptable and horrible customer service.

Expected more meat in the hoagie. One piece of roast beef on the roast beef for 9$ definitely not what I expected. Pictured is the regular and super Italian again didn’t meet the expectations for how much meat goes in a hoagie.

Called one night and ordered a pie, the girl said 30 mins. i went to pick up pie and girl who took my order said she had no order for me. meanwhile , Julio and workers went about their business. I was ignored, I said so you have no pie for me? I got nothing! no sorry , or we’ll make one for you right now. Very poor business practices…..that’s not how you treat a regular customer…..I should have never started going there again and won’t be be going back this time…
