Food was on time through grub hub and everything was delicious. I could do without the batter on the jumbo shrimp I love the cornmeal batter on the fish just wish it was a little more seasoned and wish my fish had the cornmeal batter but will ask for that next time. Love the seasoned fries and the haddock dinner on grubhub said it came with 3-4pieces but I got two but that was fine. The perch was good also but I prefer the haddock

My boyfriend and I came in around 9pm on Friday, Aug 16th to pick up an order we made online. Our order was never sent to Jumbo’s (not Jumbo’s fault), but the gentleman who was working (May have been the owner, not sure!) was so kind and helpful. He took our order and had it ready in ten minutes! He also switched out an item for us that he had sold out of. The food was excellent, but the customer service really made an impression on me. Truly above and beyond!

I thought for them being out of everything my fish and shrimp would be decent… Shrimp yes and Mac and cheese.. fish definitely not quite small don’t look like pictures online… Mad I live far from them… I’m a food critic and I’m definitely disappointed

Worse fish ever. I ordered perch, grits and coleslaw. The fish and shrimp was GREASY. The grits wasn’t good either and had no flavor. I still can’t figure out where the fish came from, but it definitely was not fresh. I have never had fish this bad. Now the coleslaw was really good. The shrimp was pretty good but greasy. I won’t ever go back there. Should have just stuck with S&T.

Ever since my first stop, I haven’t been able to go anywhere else. The fish was amazing, they were prompt, I didn’t wait long & it’s never any food left when I am finished. I go there at least once a week, wish I knew they were there sooner
