This is a new place for us to check out. It was our first visit to Jumpin Jambalaya. It is take out only but so worth it. The food was amazing! I loved that it was not too spicy but you could add your own heat to your liking. However, it would be nice to have a choice of what type of rice to add to the Jambalaya. We will definitely be back!

Wow! I saw their pop up shop in Covington and HAD to stop for some Jambalaya. Jambalaya has always been an important meal in my family so I had to give it a try and my oh my was it worth it! The spice was great but not overwhelming and the chicken, sausage, and shrimp were perfect. But the most crucial aspect of all jambalaya is the juice to rice ratio and let me tell you they nailed it! I loved this meal and I recommend everyone get some Jumpin Jambalaya in their belly

Tried the jambalaya and it was tasty (if a little pricey)… However when I ordered, I was told it would be ready in “5 to 7 minutes”. Perfect, that’s plenty of time to eat and get back to work… NOPE.

I love this place! Food is outstanding, very flavorful and authentic. Staff and owner are the sweetest people! Very professional and friendly. The original jumpin jambalaya bowl is my favorite but don’t sleep on the salads! We tried the shrimp and chicken both were amazing!
