Great spot for a beer close to downtown. Easy to get to on the Bench. Came in for nachos and some canned cocktails. This was a dive bar I used to drive past, and it’s never looked so nice. Staff was super friendly!

I love this local bar. Janet is so sweet, giving and engaging with the community and with her customers. The prime rib, shrimp cocktail and breakfasts are my favorite. Drinks are always a good pour. Will recommend and will return over and over again.

Jumpin’ Janet’s is a hidden gem on Vista! Tucked away in a non-descript strip mall you have to kinda look for it but, it’s definitely worth it. Inside it has a cozy feel with a fireplace and walls that are filled with nostalgic events and pop culture from years gone by. The food is always on point and Janet has crafted the menu from her own kitchen. Nearly everything is made from scratch and is super tasty and BIG! There are plenty of bar games such as touch tabs, darts, Golden Tee, and pool tables. The drinks are affordable and you can tell the service is something they take pride in!

This place has really changed a lot the new owner has definitely put a lot of money into it and it looks great. I still go there once or twice a week for the food specials. I still think the food is the best in town especially on Fridays with their meatloaf special. Like I said inside looks amazing compared to four or five months ago which it was all right back then too but they have even put in a new area with more pool tables. I just wish customer service could improve some.

Over the years this has become one of my favorite bars in Boise. 50 cent pool tables, the staff is exactly who you would want at your neighborhood bar (Christine, you’re rad as hell), affordable and let’s be real, new owner Nick has brought the life back to this dive bar. Highly recommend.

Pinball!!! They have really great Pinball with a variety of good machines. They also have a ton of pool tables. Excellent service. Extremely friendly staff. Super chill atmosphere. Ridiculously good street tacos.
