Just received delivery and they put cheese on the fried chicken sandwich which isn’t even listed on the description nor an option. I’m lactose intolerant. I paid $3 for spicy fries and just got normal with 0 seasonings of any kind and they’re soggy cold. I can’t eat this.

I have placed multiple orders for delivery with Juneau Delivery Depot, and every time half or more of the order is missing, made wrong, and/or not what I ordered at all. I was told this place was good, but I have experienced nothing but disappointment every time I have tried. Good looking menu but very poor delivery service and food service. I will not be attempting to dine with this establishment again. I suggest you try somewhere more reliable.

I don’t know about the downtown delivery depot but the valley one is awful. The food is pretty good, that’s why I gave this place many chances. The first time I ordered they forgot one of my items. I was able to get it redelivered. The second time I ordered they forgot ANOTHER item and the food was cold. They gave me a credit on my account so I decided to give them one more chance since their food was good the first time. This time not only didn’t they forget an item AGIAN, they delivered it to the wrong address. By the time I figured out which neighbor they delivered it to, my food was cold and I didn’t even have my full order. If you’re in the valley I differently DO NOT recommend this. Their food is good enough, but they seriously need to change the way they make deliveries.
