Decided to spend a quiet evening in Edwards to enjoy a nice dinner, and Juniper fit the agenda nicely. The atmosphere was bubbly, the service top notch, the fare and drinks excellent. From their summer menu I had the seafood fettuccine, which was a special dish recommended by the waitress. Homemade fettuccine in white sauce; with clams, mussels, shrimp, and scallops. The pork chop dish was also excellent. The Four Roses Manhattan instantly became my favorite so far as Manhattans go. Tip: The Royal Tokaju desert wine from Hungary is a must, and can be paired with any desert. If a restaurant has it, it is the stamp of a great place. Juniper is a must dine spot when staying in Vail.

Juniper has a long ways to go as far as food and service. The food is subpar yet it comes at a steep price and the service is awful. The last time my family and I came to eat, we were rushed out so they could seat other tables. I would understand if we were taking too long but we had just wrapped up dinner. We have given Juniper plenty of chances to leave disappointed every time.
