Best pizza in the area by far. Garlic sesame crust is the way to go. Up there with Bocce, Picasso’s etc. Not a sweet sauce thankfully (for me). This one was a tad bit well done and purely magical. Finally an elite level pizza in Elma. If you can keep your pizza consistent at this level you will kill it.

This place has great pizza in my opinion. The only complaints are they need a bit more sauce on the pizza and they need to figure out the pickup times. In the 3 times I’ve ordered I arrived at the time they told me and had to wait 15+ minutes until it was done. So now I just say I’m coming at X time and show up 20 min later so I know it will be done. Simple fixes. Good pizza.

Very slow service. On the phone I was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. When I got there In 20 minutes I was told it would be another 5 minute. Forty-five minutes after I called in my order we finally got our food. The bacon cheeseburger sub was not good at all, the wings were OK. The double order of wings only had 19 wings. When you’re paying more than a dollar per wing that is unacceptable. I will not be back.

Placed an order after much delay in the process for the delivery. Was told within the hour. It still hadn’t arrived after an hour and a half so I called and the guy wasn’t even apologetic or anything just stated it should be there soon. Food was cold and not good. On top of all that they charged SIX dollars for delivery. Will NOT be ordering from this location ever again. West Seneca never disappoints.

My wife and myself tried your pizza and wings last week, the wings were good, the pizza not so much. We always give a place a second chance. We again ordered pizza and wings last night. Again the wings were good, this time the pizza was even worse then last week. I don’t know if you don’t know how to make a decent pizza, or your employees don’t care. If you keep putting a product out like this, your not going to last in Elma long. Maybe your employees need better training, or find employees who care.

Worst service that I have ever encountered in any type of establishment. Placed an order by phone two hours in advance of required pick up time. Arrived on time and had to wait in line for approximately 25 minutes to get the order. Was about the fourth person in line. Not a large order (large pizza, single order of chicken fingers and 3 orders of garlic knots). Line continued to grow behind me. By the time I left there were probably 10 – 12 people in line waiting to pick up orders. Saw three individuals walk out without getting anything.

Worst pizza I have ever had. Spent $32 and they didn’t put tomato sauce on the pizza. The cardboard box would have tasted better. Don’t waste your money. Really disappointed!
